Chairwoman of the Public Works and Capital Projects Committee, Laura Petit, and Deputy Chair Dean J. Fabiano offer the following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on behalf of the Department of Public Works; and

WHEREAS, the HVAC unit for the building housing Information Services at 25 S. Manor in Kingston provides both air conditioning and heating; and

            WHEREAS, Information Services is a critical department for Ulster County’s daily operations and requires appropriate air conditioning for its physical servers; and

WHEREAS, emergency services depend on equipment housed in 25 S. Manor for communication during power outages; now, therefore be it

 RESOLVED, that the 2019-2024 Ulster County Capital Improvement Program is amended as follows:

and be it further,

RESOLVED, that Capital Project No. 549 is hereby established as follows:
