Chairwoman of the Public Works and Capital Projects Committee, Laura Petit, and Deputy Chair Dean J. Fabiano offer the following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on behalf of the Department of Public Works; and

WHEREAS, the County is currently leasing office space from 935 Associates LLC, located at 535 Boices Lane, Kingston, NY, 12401, for the County’s Office of Employment and Training (“OET”) and the New York State Department of Labor (“NYSDOL”); and

WHEREAS, in order to enter into a sublease with NYSDOL, the County is required to submit a Government Entity Lease Disclosure Sheet to the Division of Real Estate Services at the New York State Office of General Services (“OGS”); now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Ulster County Legislature is hereby authorized to execute a Government Entity Lease Disclosure Sheet for the Division of Real Estate Services at OGS for the purpose of initiating a sublease between County and NYSDOL, in the form as filed with the Clerk of the Legislature or as modified with the approval of the County Attorney,

and move its adoption.
