Chairwoman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Mary Beth

Maio, and Legislators Haynes and Lopez offer the following:

WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board due

to the passing of Arthur D. Lapp, Sr; and

WHEREAS, on October 24, 2018, the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board met

and recommended appointing Thomas P. Henebery, Jr. as the Town of Rochester

representative to the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the following individual is hereby appointed to the Ulster

County Fire Advisory Board completing a term to expire on December 31, 2019:

 Thomas P. Henebery, Jr.

Accord, NY 12404,

and move its adoption.
