Chairwoman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Mary Beth

Maio, and Deputy Chair Julius Collins offer the following:

 

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on

behalf of the Department of Probation - STOP DWI Division; and

 WHEREAS, these funds allocated from the Governor’s Traffic Safety

Committee will be used to provide additional educational services for individuals and

trainings for law enforcement personnel to promote community safety; and

WHEREAS, in order to reflect the increased funding an amendment to the

2018 Ulster County budget is necessary; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the 2018 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as

follows:
