and Legislators Fabiano, Lapp, Maio, and Rodriguez)

Chairman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Thomas J. Briggs,

and Deputy Chairman Ronald G. Lapp, Jr. offer the following:

WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board due

to the resignation of Fred DeMaio; and

WHEREAS, on October 25, 2017, the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board met

and recommended appointing Steven Lee as the Town of Highland representative to

the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the following individual is hereby appointed to the Ulster

County Fire Advisory Board completing a term to expire on December 31, 2017:

 Steven Lee

 Highland, NY 12528,

 

and move its adoption.
