WHEREAS, the Ulster County Commissioner of Public Works has requested
that the Chairman of the Ulster County Legislature be authorized to execute an
Intermunicipal Shared Services Agreement with the Town of Gardiner for the Town

WHEREAS, as part of the agreement, the County will further compensate the
Town, based on the number of centerline miles, a performance incentive in the

RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Ulster County Legislature is hereby
authorized to execute an Intermunicipal Shared Services Agreement, and any

RESOLVED, that if funding for this program is eliminated then the program
