WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on

behalf of the Ulster County Department of Emergency Communications / Emergency

Management; and

RESOLVED, that the 2017 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as

follows:

 INCREASE AMOUNT

AA.3020.1800.2300.2500 Other Equipment $521,553.00

and, be it further

RESOLVED, that if the funding for this program are eliminated, this program

will be eliminated as well;
