Chairman of the Public Works and Capital Projects Committee, Dean J. Fabiano, and

Deputy Chairman Peter M. Loughran offer the following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on

behalf of the Ulster County Community College; and

 WHEREAS, it has been determined that SUNY Ulster is in need of the

replacement of technology in various locations throughout the campus; and

 WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees approved Resolution #16-5-65 approved

the establishment of a Capital Project in the amount of $300,000.00, for the purchase

and replacement of technology at SUNY Ulster’s campus; and

WHEREAS, the 2016-2021 Capital Improvement Program includes funding

of $300,000.00 for the purchase and replacement of technology; and

WHEREAS, the $300,000.00 cost to purchase and replace various technology

will be divided as follows: $150,000.00 SUNY Construction Fund and $150,000.00

Ulster County; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that Capital Project No. 481- SUNY Ulster Technology Facility

Upgrade is hereby established as follows:

 CREATE

Capital Project No. 481 Technology Facility Upgrades $300,000.00

and, be it further; 

RESOLVED, that the 2016-2021 Ulster County Capital Fund Budget is

hereby amended as follows:

 INCREASE AMOUNT

HH.2497.481-2200.2200 Computer Equipment $300,000.00
