Referred to: The Economic Development, Tourism, Housing, Planning and Transit
Committee (Chairman Maloney and Legislators Berky, Delaune, Lapp, Litts, Maio
and Rodriguez) and The Public Health and Social Services Committee (Chairman
Lopez and Legislators Allen, Belfiglio, Heppner, and Roberts)
Legislator Hector Rodriguez offers the following:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 112 adopted on March 15, 2016, the
membership of the Ulster County Trails Advisory Committee includes three
members of the Ulster County Legislature; and
WHEREAS, in addition to serving on the Trails Advisory Committee,
Legislator Jonathan Heppner has been appointed to four other Advisory Committees
while also maintaining his Standing Committee assignments; and
WHEREAS, Legislator Jim Delaune has offered to replace Legislator Heppner
on the Ulster County Trails Advisory Committee; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the following Legislative member is hereby appointed to
the Ulster County Trails Advisory Committee to complete the unexpired term of
Jonathan Heppner, ending December 31, 2017:

and move its adoption.
