Chairman of the Public Works and Capital Projects Committee, Dean J. Fabiano, and

Deputy Chairman Peter M. Loughran offer the following:

WHEREAS, the County Executive has submitted this resolution on behalf of

the Department of Public Works; and

WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works has been notified by the New

York State Department of Transportation of PAVE-NY funding for Ulster County

road pavement projects in the amount of $687,313.12 for the State fiscal year 2016-

2017; and

WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works requests the 2016 PAVE-NY

Appropriation account be increased in the amount of $687,313.12; now, therefore, be

it

RESOLVED, that the 2016 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as

follows:
