Chairman Kenneth J. Ronk, Jr. offers the following:

WHEREAS, Catherine A. Nilsen has resigned from the Ulster County

Resource Recovery Agency; and

WHEREAS, Catherine A. Nilsen’s term on the Board was to expire on

December 31, 2017; and

WHEREAS, the Chairman of the Ulster County Legislature has appointed the

following individual to the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency to fill the

unexpired term as indicated below:

Lake Katrine, NY 12449 December 31, 2017

 

WHEREAS, the legislation creating the Agency (Consolidated Laws of 1986,

Ch. 936) requires that such appointments must be subject to the confirmation of the

Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature confirms the appointment of

the individual as set forth above as a member of the Ulster County Resource

Recovery Agency,

and move its adoption.
