NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Proposed Local Law No. 4 of 2020, (A Local Law Establishing Certain Consumer Protection Practices In Ulster County And Penalties For Violating Same), on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 6:20 PM or as soon thereafter as the public can be heard.  Meeting details are as follows:

            PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons and citizens interested shall have an opportunity to be heard on said proposed local law at the time and meeting aforesaid.

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the requirements of the Open Meetings Law of the State of New York, that the Ulster County Legislature will convene in public meeting at the time and meeting aforesaid for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the proposed local law described above and, as deemed advisable by said Ulster County Legislature, taking action on the enactment of said local law.
