NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Local Law, published herewith has been adopted by the County Legislature of the County of Ulster, New York on August 16, 2016, approved by the County Executive on August 31, 2016, and filed with the State of New York on September 15, 2016, and the validity of the obligations authorized by such Local Law may be herinafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which said County is not authorized to expend money, or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this notice
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Proposed Local Law No. 13 of 2016, (A Local Law Amending The Code Of The County Of Ulster To Limit The Gifts That County Officers And Employees May Receive), on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the public can be heard, in the Legislative Chambers, 244 Fair Street, 6th Floor, County Office Building, Kingston, New York.
