Kingston, NY – Ulster County Legislator Ronald Lapp, Jr. (R) is sponsoring a free community Narcan Training in cooperation with Dr. Raymond Harvey from the Institute for Family Health and Marie Shultis, Director of Awareness Inc., on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 6:30 at the Accord Fire House, 22 Main Street, Accord, NY.

Narcan (naloxone) is used for the emergency treatment of opioid overdose and has been credited with saving many lives when used by first responders.
