PROPOSED LOCAL LAW NO. 6 of 2024, A Local Law Amending Article XXX Of The Ulster County Charter, (Local Law No. 2 Of 2006), And Amending Article XXX Of The Administrative Code For The County Of Ulster, (Local Law No. 10 Of 2008), And Section 216 Of The Code Of The County Of Ulster, Commission of Human Rights, To Modify Various Provisions
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Proposed Local Law No. 6 of 2024, (A Local Law Amending Article XXX Of The Ulster County Charter, (Local Law No. 2 Of 2006), And Amending Article XXX Of The Administrative Code For The County Of Ulster, (Local Law No. 10 Of 2008), And Section 216 Of The Code Of The County Of Ulster, Commission of Human Rights, To Modify Various Provisions), on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 7:05 PM or as soon thereafter as the public can be heard, in the Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office Building, 6th Floor, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York. This hearing will be livestreamed at:

The proposed local law is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Ulster County Legislature, 244 Fair Street, 6th Floor, County Office Building, Kingston, New York, where the same is available for public inspection during regular office hours (must call ahead 845- 340-3900) and is available online at:

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons and citizens interested shall have an opportunity to be heard on said proposed local law at the time and meeting aforesaid. Written comment sent to vfab[at]co.ulster.ny[dot]us shall be accepted up until time of hearing.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the requirements of the Open Meetings Law of the State of New York, that the Ulster County Legislature will convene in public meeting at the time and meeting aforesaid for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the proposed local law described above and, as deemed advisable by said Ulster County Legislature, taking action on the enactment of said local law.
