Legislators Jonathan Heppner and Kenneth Ronk offer the following:

WHEREAS, The Rules of Order of the Ulster County Legislature were originally adopted in the year 1969; and

WHEREAS, said Rules of Order have been amended from time to time, with the last major revision being adopted on July 23, 2013, and subsequently amended on September 24, 2013, June 17, 2014, April 21, 2015, June 21, 2016, April 18, 2017, October 17, 2017, October 16, 2018 and September 17, 2019; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the Rules of Order of the Ulster County Legislature in the form last amended on September 17, 2019 are hereby adopted as the Rules governing this Legislative Body and its proceedings for the years 2020 and 2021,

and moves its adoption.
