NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON RENAMING

THE ULSTER COUNTY OFFICE BUILDING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ulster County Legislature will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 6:15 PM in the Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office Building, 6th Floor, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York on renaming the County Office Building, located at 244 Fair Street, Kingston, NY, the “Nina Postupack Office Building.” This hearing will be livestreamed at: https://www.youtube.com/@UlsterCountyLegislature/streams

Written comments may also be submitted to the Clerk up until the time of the hearing via email to: vfab[at]co.ulster.ny[dot]us.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons and citizens interested shall have an opportunity to be heard at the time and place aforesaid to ensure public input is considered prior to a vote on naming the asset, which is currently scheduled to occur in February, 2025.
