Kingston, NY- David Donaldson, Chairman of the Ulster County Legislature, announced today that in response to the continued concern regarding the spread of COVID-19 and in accordance with Governor Andrew Cuomo’s Executive Order No. 202.1, dated March 13, 2020, which modifies Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, members of the general public will not be permitted to attend the regular session of the Ulster County Legislature, scheduled for March 17, 2020.
