Ulster County Legislature Approves Advanced Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Training To Elected Officials | La Legislatura del Condado de Ulster Aprueba Capacitación Avanzada en Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión (DEI) a Los Funcionarios Electos
Posted November 22, 2024(Kingston, NY) – The Ulster County Legislature has approved a policy to provide advanced Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Training to the county’s elected officials. The policy calls upon the Personnel Director to coordinate with the County’s Chief Diversity Officer, Esi Lewis, to develop advanced DEI training designed specifically for elected officials in their capacity as leaders, appropriators, and law and policy makers.
