Ulster County Legislature Calling for the Return and Enhancement of Mental Health Services

KINGSTON, NY—Ulster County Legislators passed a memorializing resolution calling for the return and enhancement of mental health services that were displaced by the County’s response to the COVID 19 pandemic.
