Legislators Allen, Archer, Bartels, Briggs, Donaldson, Greene, Gregorius, Loughran,

John Parete, Richard Parete, Provenzano, Rodriquez, and Wishnick offer the

following:

 

 WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Ulster County Resource Recovery

Agency due to the expired term of Charles Landi; and

 WHEREAS, the Chairman of the Ulster County Legislature has appointed Mr.

Landi to the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency for the term as indicated

below:

Charles Landi Term Begins: Present

Kingston, New York 12404 thru

 December 31, 2016

 

WHEREAS, the legislation creating the Agency (Consolidated Laws of 1986,

Ch. 936) requires that such appointment must be subject to the confirmation of the

Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore be it

 RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature confirms the appointment of

the individual as set forth above as a member of the Ulster County Resource

Recovery Agency,

and move its adoption.
