NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT TO

SECTION 1411 (d) OF THE NOT-FOR-PROFIT LAW OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK REGARDING THE SALE OR TRANSFER OF THREE EASEMENTS ACROSS COUNTY PROPERTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held pursuant to Section 1411(d) of the Not-for-Profit Law of the State of New York regarding the authorization of the sale and/or transfer of three (3) easements across County owned property, under and along portions of parcel identified as Tax Map Number 48.080-1-31.110, being a portion of the former Ulster & Delaware Railroad Bed property located in the City of Kingston to the Ulster County Housing Development Corporation, Inc., a local development corporation, on Tuesday, April 19 at 7:05 PM or as soon thereafter as the public can be heard, at 7:05 PM in the Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office Building, 6th Floor, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York.  The public may also be heard via Call in Studio by dialing: 205-Ulster-0 (205-857-8370). PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons and citizens interested shall have an opportunity to be heard on said sale and/or transfer at the meeting aforesaid.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the requirements of the Open Meetings Law of the State of New York, that the Ulster County Legislature will convene in public meeting aforesaid for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the transfer as described above and as deemed advisable by said Ulster County Legislature, taking action on the enactment authorizing the transfer thereafter.
