NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT TO
SECTION 1411 (d) OF THE NOT-FOR-PROFIT LAW OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK REGARDING THE SALE AND/OR TRANSFER OF COUNTY PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held pursuant to Section 1411(d) of the Not-for-Profit Law of the State of New York regarding the authorization of the sale and/or transfer of lands located at 101-899 Enterprise Drive and 605-695 Boices Lane and further identified by Real Property Tax Section, Block (SBL), 48.7-1-29.100 consisting of approximately 24.7 acres and including the former offices of Bank of America and SBL 48.7-1-29.200 consisting of approximately 57.5 acres of vacant commercial lands to a local development corporation, on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 6:20 PM or as soon thereafter as the public can be heard. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons and citizens interested shall have an opportunity to be heard on said sale and/or transfer at the meeting aforesaid.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the requirements of the Open Meetings Law of the State of New York, that the Ulster County Legislature will convene in public meeting aforesaid for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the sale and/or transfer as described above and, as deemed advisable by said Ulster County Legislature, taking action on the enactment authorizing the sale and/or transfer thereafter.
