NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT TO
SECTION 1411 (d) OF THE NOT-FOR-PROFIT LAW OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK REGARDING THE SALE OR TRANSFER OF COUNTY OWNED PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held pursuant to Section 1411(d) of the Not-for-Profit Law of the State of New York regarding the authorization of the sale and/or transfer of County owned property located in the Town of Ulster at 60-64 Boices Lane and further identified by Real Property Tax Section, Block, Lot (SBL) number 48.7-1-29.600, consisting of approximately 7.4 acres and including the former IBM powerhouse building to Ulster County Economic Development Alliance (UCEDA), a local development corporation, on Tuesday, July 19 at 7:05 PM or as soon thereafter as the public can be heard, at 7 at SUNY Ulster, Student Life Center, Vanderlyn Hall, 491 Cottekill Rd, Stone Ridge, New York. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons and citizens interested shall have an opportunity to be heard on said sale and/or transfer at the meeting aforesaid.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the requirements of the Open Meetings Law of the State of New York, that the Ulster County Legislature will convene in public meeting aforesaid for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the transfer as described above and as deemed advisable by said Ulster County Legislature, taking action on the enactment authorizing the transfer thereafter.
