NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT TO
SECTION 1411 (d) OF THE NOT-FOR-PROFIT LAW OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK REGARDING THE SALE OR TRANSFER OF COUNTY OWNED PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held pursuant to Section 1411(d) of the Not-for-Profit Law of the State of New York regarding the authorization of the sale and/or transfer of the following five (5) parcels of County owned property:
40 Grand St in Lloyd (Highland) – Tax ID # 88.13-12-11.100
25 Mile Hill Rd in Lloyd (Highland) – Tax ID # 88.17-5-23
5 Appletree St in the Town of Saugerties – Tax ID # 18.77-7-58
245 Upper North Rd in Lloyd (Highland) – Tax ID # 87.8-1-5
597 Route 44-55 in Plattekill – Tax ID # 95.1-3-32.1;
to the Ulster County Housing Development Corporation, a local development corporation for the purposes of rehabilitation and sale of these properties as part of the County’s affordable homeownership program. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 7:05 PM or as soon thereafter as the public can be heard, in the Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office Building, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York, 12401. This hearing will be livestreamed at: https://livestream.com/accounts/1512750/events/1824203
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons and citizens interested shall have an opportunity to be heard on said sale and/or transfer at the meeting aforesaid.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the requirements of the Open Meetings Law of the State of New York, that the Ulster County Legislature will convene in public meeting aforesaid for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the transfer as described above and as deemed advisable by said Ulster County Legislature, taking action on the enactment authorizing the transfer thereafter.
