NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED REAPPORTIONMENT PLAN OF THE ULSTER COUNTY COMMISSION ON REAPPORTIONMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ulster County Commission on Reapportionment will meet and hold a public hearing for the purpose of gathering citizen input on the new proposed plan created by the Commission on Reapportionment in relation to the district boundary lines delineating each of the 23 Ulster County legislative districts.  Public Hearing details are as follows:

Tuesday, December 27, 2022 – 5:15 PM in the Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office Building, 6th Floor, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York and 

1432 Lake Josephine Dr., Sebring, FL 33875

The record of the public hearing will be left open for a period of twenty-four hours after the conclusion of said meeting for the receipt and consideration of further written comment.  Written comment may emailed to:

The proposed plan will be available to the public for inspection no later than December 22, 2022 in the office of the Clerk of the Ulster County Legislature, 244 Fair Street, 6th Floor, County Office Building, Kingston, New York, during regular office hours (must call ahead 845- 340-3900) and is available online at:

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons and citizens interested shall have an opportunity to be heard on said proposed plan at the times and meetings aforesaid.
