Chairman of the Health, Human Services and Human Rights Committee, Abe Uchitelle, and Deputy Chair Craig V. Lopez offer the following:
WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted at the request of the County Executive on behalf of the Ulster County Department of Social Services; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are needed to properly transfer Federal and State grant obligations for fiscal year 2024-2025 to allow processing and payment in calendar year 2025; and
WHEREAS, in order to use remaining unspent grant funds from 2024, it is necessary to amend the 2025 UlsterCountyBudgettoallowforpaymentof2025contractualobligations; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the 2025 Ulster County Operating Budget is hereby amended as follows:
