Chairman of the Health, Human Services and Housing Committee, Abe Uchitelle, and Deputy Chair Craig V. Lopez offer the following:

WHEREAS, on August 12, 2024, the Community Services Board met and requested the following individual be reappointed to the Community Services Board to fill the remainder of the term he vacated last year:

Terrence Conklin

Connelly, NY 12417; and

WHEREAS, the County Executive, after considering the recommendation of the Community Services Board, has reappointed the following individual to the Community Services Board pursuant to section C-45 of the Ulster County Charter and section A6-3(A) of the Ulster County Administrative Code for the unexpired term stated:

WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to confirmation by the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it
