Chairman of the Health, Human Services and Housing Committee, Abe Uchitelle, and Deputy Chair Craig V. Lopez offer the following:  

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted at the request of the County Executive on behalf of the Ulster County Department of Social Services; and

WHEREAS, additional funds are needed to properly transfer Federal grant obligations for fiscal year 2023 and 2024 to allow processing and payment in calendar year 2024; and

WHEREAS,theCountyExecutivehasrequestedanamendmenttothe2024 UlsterCountyBudgettoallowforpaymentof2023 and 2024contractualobligations; now, therefore, be it

            RESOLVED, that the 2024 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as follows:

and moves its adoption.
