WHEREAS, Ashley Torres has been recommended by the Democratic County Committee of the County of Ulster as a suitable and qualified person for the appointment to the office of Commissioner of Elections; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, pursuant to Election Law 3-204, that Ashley Torres, Hurley, New York, Democratic Party, be reappointed as Election Commissioner, starting on the 1st day of January 2025, and ending on the 31st day of December 2028,

and move its adoption.
