Chairman of the ARPA Special Committee, Peter J. Criswell, and Deputy Chair Thomas Corcoran, Jr. offer the following:

 

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted at the request of the County Executive on behalf of the Department of Finance, Division of Recovery and Resilience; and

 

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Legislature passed Resolution No. 78 dated April 18, 2023, originally introduced in March 2023, establishing Capital Project No. 659 – ARP Solar And EV Charging Infrastructure; and

 

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Legislature subsequently passed Resolution No. 188 dated April 18, 2023, in the form as submitted for consideration, establishing Capital Project No. 659 – 2023 Pavement Preservation Of Various Roads; and

 

WHEREAS, due to this administrative numbering error it is now necessary to assign Capital Project No. 659 – ARP Solar And EV Charging Infrastructure a new capital project number; now, therefore be it

 

RESOLVED, Capital Project No. 659 – ARP Solar And EV Charging Infrastructure shall hereby be reassigned to Capital Project No. 674 – ARP Solar And EV Charging Infrastructure,

 

and move its adoption.
