Chair of the Legislature, Tracey A. Bartels offers the following:

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 63 of 1968, the designation of the Community Action Committee was authorized; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Ulster County Community Action Bylaws, one-third of the membership of their Board of Directors is designated by the Ulster County Legislature; and

WHEREAS, Legislator Petit has resigned from the Board, creating a vacancy, and it is therefore necessary to appoint a member to the Ulster County Community Action Committee, Inc., Board of Directors to fill the unexpired term; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature hereby appoints the following member to the Ulster County Community Action Committee, Inc., Board of Directors, for the term commencing immediately and expiring December 31, 2023:

Highland, NY,

and moves its adoption.
