Chairwoman of the Public Works, Capital Projects and Transportation Committee, Laura Petit, and Deputy Chair Dean J. Fabiano offer the following:

 

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Code of the County of Ulster, Chapter 185 Electrical Standards, § 185-5 Electrical licensing board, the board was established to consist of nine (9) individuals who reside in Ulster County, appointed by the County Executive for staggered terms, subject to confirmation by the County Legislature; and

 

WHEREAS, further pursuant to § 185-5, the County Executive has reappointed the following members who held previous terms that expired 12/31/2022:

 

One (1) member representing a member of the public:

John Dispensa, for a term of present through 12/31/2027;

 

One (1) licensed Master Electrician representing an open shop contractor:

Thomas Nash, for a term of present through 12/31/2027; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature hereby confirms the reappointments of the above-mentioned individuals as members of the Ulster County Electrical Licensing Board in the seats and for the terms indicated above,

 

and moves its adoption.
