Chairman of the Economic Development, Planning, Education, Employment, Arts and Agriculture Committee, Brian B. Cahill, and Deputy Chair Herbert Litts, III offer the following:

WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required to be held pursuant to Section 141l(d) of the Not-for-Profit Law of the State of New York to consider the advisability of adoption of a resolution authorizing the sale and/or transfer of lands owned by the County located in the Town of Ulster at 60-64 Boices Lane and further identified by Real Property Tax Section, Block, Lot (SBL) number 48.7-1-29.600, consisting of approximately 7.4 acres and including the former IBM powerhouse building to a local development corporation; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the Ulster County Legislature shall act in accordance with Section 141l(d) of the Not-for-Profit Law of the State of New York to cause a legal notice of said Public Hearing to be published; and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, that said Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 7:30 PM at SUNY Ulster, Student Life Center, Vanderlyn Hall, 491 Cottekill Rd, Stone Ridge, New York, and/or via videoconference to the extent allowable pursuant to existing New York State legislation, or order and the Rules of the Ulster County Legislature,

 

and moves its adoption.
