The Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee (Chairwoman Walter and Legislators Fabiano, Haynes, Heppner, and Parete)

Deputy Chair of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Heidi Haynes, and Legislator Laura Petit offer the following:

WHEREAS, a vacancy on the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board currently exists due to the resignation of Lowell Smith, representative of the Town of Shandaken; and

          WHEREAS, the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board has met and unanimously recommended the appointment of Joseph Ryan as the Town of Shandaken representative to the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the following individual is hereby appointed to the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board serving a term to expire on December 31, 2021:

Joseph Ryan

Pine Hill, NY 12465,

and move its adoption.
