Chairwoman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Eve Walter, and Deputy Chair Heidi Haynes offer the following:

 

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted at the request of the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office; and

 

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office has received revenue from NY Municipal Insurance Reciprocal, CL# A20017 D/A 12/2/2020 due to a vehicle loss, in the amount of $26,173.12; and

 

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office requires the replacement of the lost vehicle; and

 

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office requests the increase to the 2021 Budget to fund the expenditure; therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the 2021 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as follows:
