The Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee (Chairwoman Walter and Legislators Fabiano, Haynes, Heppner, and Parete)

Deputy Chair of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Heidi Haynes, and Legislator Laura Petit offer the following:

WHEREAS, a vacancy on the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board currently exists due to the resignation of John Heppner, representative of the Town of Saugerties; and

          WHEREAS, the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board has met and unanimously recommended the appointment of Corey Kiernan as the Town of Saugerties representative to the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the following individual is hereby appointed to the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board serving a term to expire on December 31, 2021:

Corey Kiernan

Saugerties NY 12477,

and move its adoption.
