Referred to: The Public Works and Capital Projects Committee (Chairman Fabiano and Legislators Cahill, Greene, Heppner, and Litts), and The Ways and Means Committee (Chairwoman Archer and Legislators Bartels, Gavaris, Haynes, Maio, Ronk, and Walter)
Chairman of the Public Works and Capital Projects Committee, Dean J. Fabiano, and Deputy Chair Manna Jo Greene offer the following:
WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on behalf of the Department of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, the 2020-2025 Capital Improvement Program contains a Fairgrounds Improvements Capital Project to fund design for infrastructure improvements at the Ulster County Fairgrounds in the amount of $129,180.00; and
WHEREAS, Capital Project No. 550 was established pursuant to Resolution No. 365 dated August 20, 2019, in the amount of $90,000.00 for the design of an upgrade to the Fair Grounds septic, gray water, domestic water, and water storage systems, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works requests that Capital Project No. 550 be amended to increase the funding available for design services for redevelopment of an existing campground at the north end of the Fairground in the amount of $28,400.00; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the 2020 Ulster County Capital Fund Budget is hereby amended as follows:
INCREASE AMOUNT
HH.1997.0550.4300.4355 Capital Project No. 550 $28,400.00.
