Chairwoman of the Public Works and Capital Projects Committee, Laura Petit, and Deputy Chair Dean J. Fabiano offer the following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on behalf of the Department of Public Works; and

WHEREAS, the basement at the County’s Department of Social Services building located at Development Ct, Kingston, NY 12401 is experiencing foundation problems, which include water infiltration from the floor and walls; and

WHEREAS, it has become necessary to hire a design consult to determine the cause of the foundation problems and recommend the appropriate form of repair; now, therefore, be it

            RESOLVED, that the 2019-2024 Ulster County Capital Improvement Program is amended as follows:

and, be it further,

RESOLVED, that Capital Project No. 548 is hereby established as follows:
