Chairwoman of the Public Works and Capital Projects Committee, Laura Petit, and Deputy Chair Dean J. Fabiano offer the following:

 

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on behalf of the Department of Public Works; and

 

WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works has been notified by the New York State Department of Transportation of Extreme Winter Recovery funding for Ulster County Road and Bridge repairs in the amount of $401,698.00 for the State fiscal year 2019 – 2020; and

 

WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works requests the 2019 Extreme Winter Recovery Appropriation account be increased in the amount of $401,698.00; now, therefore be it

 

RESOLVED, that the 2019 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as follows:
