Referred to: The Public Works and Capital Projects Committee (Chairwoman Petit and Legislators Fabiano, Greene, Litts, and Nolan), and The Ways and Means Committee (Chairwoman Archer and Legislators Gerentine, Maio, James Maloney, Joseph Maloney, Petit, and Rodriguez)
Chairwoman of the Public Works and Capital Projects Committee, Laura Petit, and Deputy Chair Dean J. Fabiano offer the following:
WHEREAS, the Acting County Executive has submitted this resolution on behalf of the Department of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works has prepared the Highway Equipment List for year 2019; and
WHEREAS, the approved 2019 – 2024 Capital Improvement Program includes a project “Equipment Replacement – Roads and Bridges” in the amount of $2,585,000.00 for the purchase of equipment in 2019; and
WHEREAS, after review of equipment needs for the County Highways and Bridges Division, the Commissioner of Public Works requests that a capital project be established in the amount of $2,545,000.00 for the purchase of equipment; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that Capital Project No. 538 – Highways & Bridges Equipment Vehicles is hereby established as follows:

and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the 2019 Capital Fund Budget is hereby amended as follows:
