WHEREAS, the term for the grange member representative on the Soil and

Water Conservation District Board has expired; and

WHEREAS, Frederick Van Nostrand has expressed interest in continuing to

serve on the Board; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the following individual is hereby reappointed to the Soil
