Chairman of the Public Works and Capital Projects Committee, Dean J. Fabiano, and

Deputy Chairman Peter M. Loughran offer the following:

 

 WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive’s

Office on behalf of the Department of Public Works – Buildings and Grounds; and

WHEREAS, a project to renovate the existing space at the Development Court

Complex, also known as the Business Resource Center (BRC) to accommodate the

needs of Family Court in accordance with mandated requirements of New York State

Law and New York State Office of Court Administration; and

WHEREAS, this project was included in the 2017-2022 Capital Improvement

Program in the amount of $10,797,855; and

WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works requests funds for a project

labor agreement analysis that will determine the viability of a project labor

agreement; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, the 2017-2022 Ulster County Capital Fund Budget is hereby

amended as follows:

INCREASE AMOUNT

HH.1997.0494-4300.4505 Professional Services $25,000.00

 Other $22,500.00

HH.1997.0494-3500.5710 Serial Bond Proceeds $25,000.00

(Rev. #’s) $22,500.00

 

and move its adoption.
