Chairman of the Public Health and Social Services Committee, Craig V. Lopez, and

Deputy Chairman Chris Allen offer the following:

WHEREAS, on January 9, 2017, the Community Services Board met and

requested the following individual be reappointed to the Community Services Board:

Amy Russell

West Hurley, New York 12491

; and

WHEREAS, the County Executive, after considering the recommendation of

the Community Services Board, has reappointed the following individual to the

Community Services Board pursuant to section C-45 of the Ulster County Charter

and section A6-3(A) of the Ulster County Administrative Code for the term stated:

Amy Russell Term to Begin: Present

West Hurley, New York 12491 Term Expires: 12/31/20

 Eligible Reappt: No

; and

 WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to confirmation by the Ulster

County Legislature; now, therefore, be it

 RESOLVED, that the above named individual is hereby confirmed as a

member of the Ulster County Community Services Board for the term indicated,

and moves its adoption.
