Legislators David B. Donaldson and Kenneth Ronk offer the following:

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter for the County of Ulster: “ARTICLE

XXXIV, Periodic Compensation Review Committee, § C-108. Establishment;

membership; compensation, “There is hereby established a Periodic Compensation

Review Committee for Ulster County. The Committee shall consist of five members

of whom three members shall be selected by the County Legislature with at least one

member from the party with the second most number of legislative members”; and

WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Periodic Compensation Review

Committee that must be filled in order for the Committee to fulfil its obligations

under the Charter; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature hereby appoints the following

individuals to the Periodic Compensation Review Committee for the terms as

indicated:

Wayne Gutman Term: April 1, 2015

Mount Tremper, NY 12457 thru

March 31, 2016

Gerald Benjamin Term: April 1, 2015

New Paltz, NY 12561 thru

 March 31, 2017

Robert Parete Brian Cahill Term: April 1, 2015

Stone Ridge, NY 12484 Kingston, NY 12401 thru

 March 31, 2018

 

and move its adoption.

Legislator Donaldson motioned, seconded by Legislator Bartels, to appoint Brian

Cahill in place of Robert Parete.
