Maio, Maloney, and Richard Parete)

Chairman of the Public Works and Capital Projects Committee, Dean J. Fabiano,

and Deputy Chairman Peter M. Loughran offer the following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on

behalf of the Department of Public Works; and

WHEREAS, the lease agreement for office space presently used by the Ulster

County Family Court and located at 16 Lucas Avenue, Kingston, NY, will expire

August 31, 2015; and

WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works has requested exercising the

option to extend the present agreement for an additional one (1) year term

commencing September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2016, at the same annual cost of

$201,600.00; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Ulster County Legislature is hereby

authorized to exercise the option to extend the present lease agreement with GD

Realty Kingston, LLC for office space to be used by Ulster County Family Court, for

an additional one (1) year term commencing September 1, 2015 through August 31,

2016, at the same annual cost of $201,600.00, in the form as filed with the Clerk of

the Ulster County Legislature or as modified and approved by the County Attorney,

and move its adoption.
